Kundli Sutra β Child Safety Standards and CSAE Prevention Policy
At Kundli Sutra, the safety and well-being of our users, especially children and minors, is of the utmost importance. We strictly prohibit and actively prevent the presence, promotion, or distribution of any Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) on our platform. Our safety practices are designed to comply with Google Playβs CSAE policy, as well as applicable Indian and international child protection laws.
Our Commitment to Child Safety
We have implemented the following standards and systems to protect children and ensure a safe digital environment:
1. Zero Tolerance for CSAE
Kundli Sutra maintains a zero-tolerance policy for content that exploits or endangers children.
Any attempt to share, upload, or solicit CSAM will result in immediate account termination and be reported to relevant authorities.
2. Proactive Detection & Moderation
We use automated filters and manual moderation to monitor user-generated content, comments, and chat interactions.
Content is scanned for potential violations using technology capable of detecting harmful imagery, language, or abuse indicators.
3. Restricted Access & Age Gate
Users must verify their age at the time of registration.
Features such as live chat, astrologer interactions, and community discussions are restricted or moderated for minors.
Children under the age of 13 are not permitted to create an account without verifiable parental consent.
4. Reporting Mechanism
Kundli Sutra offers in-app reporting tools that allow users to flag any suspicious or harmful activity.
Reports are reviewed within 24 hours by our dedicated Trust & Safety team.
We cooperate fully with law enforcement agencies and child safety organizations in investigating and responding to CSAM-related concerns.
