Data Deletion Policy

You have the right to have your personal data deleted from KundliSutra. This page explains how.

1. What You Can Delete

You can request deletion of the birth details you provided (name, date, time, and place of birth), any contact details, and your consultation history associated with them.

2. How to Request Deletion

• Email info@kundlisutra.com from the contact you used, with the subject line "Delete my data".
• Include the name and birth details you used, so we can locate your records.

3. What Happens Next

We will verify the request and permanently delete your personal data from our active systems within 7 days, and from backups within 30 days. Some records may be retained only where required by law (for example, basic payment/tax records). We will confirm by email once deletion is complete.
