Refund & Cancellation Policy

We want you to be comfortable using KundliSutra. This policy explains how payments, cancellations, and refunds work.

1. Free Trial

Every user receives the first 5 minutes free, so you can experience the Service before paying anything.

2. Paid Top-Ups

Additional consultation time is purchased as top-ups (₹200 for 10 minutes). Because consultation time is a digital service that is delivered and consumed live during your call, top-ups are generally non-refundable once the time has been used.

3. When We Do Refund

• If a technical failure on our side prevented your paid consultation from taking place, or
• If you were charged in error or charged more than once for the same top-up,

we will refund the affected amount. Contact us within 7 days of the transaction at info@kundlisutra.com with your payment reference, and we will review and, where valid, process the refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

4. Cancellation

You can end a consultation at any time. Unused free time carries no charge. There is no recurring subscription, so there is nothing to cancel between calls.
