Refund & Cancellation Policy

We want you to be comfortable using KundliSutra. This policy explains how payments, cancellations, and refunds work.

1. What You Are Paying For

KundliSutra is a paid consultation service. A consultation is purchased before the call begins: ₹499 for a 5-minute consultation. There is no free trial. The exact price and duration are always shown on screen before you pay, and the call connects immediately after a successful payment.

2. Paid Top-Ups

If you wish to continue beyond your purchased time, you can add more time during the call as a top-up (₹200 for 3 minutes), as many times as you like. About 30 seconds before your time ends we tell you so, and we hold the line for a further 2 minutes so you can top up without losing the call. Because consultation time is a digital service delivered and consumed live during your call, purchased time is non-refundable once it has been used.

3. When We Do Refund

• If a technical failure on our side prevented your paid consultation from taking place — for example your payment succeeded but the call did not connect, or
• If you were charged in error or charged more than once for the same consultation or top-up,

we will refund the affected amount. Contact us within 7 days of the transaction at info@kundlisutra.com with your payment reference, and we will review and, where valid, process the refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

4. Cancellation

You can end a consultation at any time using the “कॉल समाप्त करें” button. There is no recurring subscription and no auto-renewal — each consultation and each top-up is a single one-time payment, so there is nothing to cancel between calls.
