- Birth details you provide — your name, date of birth, time of birth, and place of birth. These are required only to calculate your astrological chart (kundli).
- Contact details — a phone number or email only if you choose to provide them.
- Voice interaction & call recordings — when you speak with our AI astrologer, your audio is processed in real time to hold the conversation, and calls may be recorded and transcribed to operate the service and to review and improve the quality of the guidance. By starting a call you consent to this recording.
- Payment information — payments are processed by our payment gateway (Razorpay). We do not store your card, UPI, or bank details on our servers; the gateway handles them under its own security standards.
- Technical data — basic device/usage information and cookies needed for the site to function.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To compute your astrological reading and provide the AI voice consultation.
- To process payments for paid consultation time.
- To operate, secure, and improve the Service, and to respond to your support requests.
3. Third-Party Services
To deliver the Service we use trusted providers, each under their own privacy terms: Razorpay (payments), Vapi, ElevenLabs and OpenAI (AI voice conversation), and geocoding providers to convert a birth city into coordinates. We share only the minimum data needed for these functions and never sell your personal information.
4. Data Retention
We keep birth details and consultation records only as long as needed to provide the Service and meet legal/accounting obligations. You may ask us to delete your data at any time — see our Data Deletion Policy.

The Service is intended for users aged 18 and above and is not directed at children.
