KundliSutra ("KundliSutra", "we", "us", or "our") operates the website kundlisutra.com and the AI astrology voice-consultation service offered on it (the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to this document. Please read these Terms of Use carefully before using the Service.

1. The Service

KundliSutra provides astrological guidance through an AI voice astrologer based on Vedic astrology (jyotish), computed from the birth details you provide. Consultations are conducted by an automated AI system, not a human astrologer.

2. For Guidance Only

All readings are provided for guidance, self-reflection, and cultural/spiritual interest. They are not a substitute for professional medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice. Please see our Disclaimer.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

4. Payments

• The first 5 minutes of a consultation are free.
• After that, consultation time is charged in top-ups of ₹200 for 10 minutes each, payable through our payment gateway.
• Prices are shown before payment and may change over time.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service, attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer it, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, KundliSutra is not liable for any decisions you make based on a reading, or for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the Service. The Service is provided on an "as is" basis.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
